LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CLARE M. STECHER -Page Three ~
ARTICLE IV; I hereby name and appoint my wife, FERNE
F. STErCHER, and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTX, Fort Pierce, ,
Florida, or its corporate successor, as personal representatives
of this Will, both to serve without bond. In the event that
my individual .personal representative shall not survive me,
or shall fail or- refuse to qualify, or having qualified shall
cease to act in such capacity prior to the completion of the
administration of my estate, then in that event the corporate
personal representative shall act as sole personal represen-
tative.
My personal representatives shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.512, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE V: In the event that my wife, FERNE F. STECHER,
and I die under such circumstances that it cannot be deter-
mined which of us predeceased the other, I direct that it
shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased my said wife,
and the provisions of this Will, and any Codicil hereto, shall
be construed and th.e distribution of property shall be governed

and regulate3 as if I. had, in fact, predeceased my said wife.
