TEMPORARY ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard upon Petition of the former
husband to modify custody of Christopher John McDonald, a minor, and
the time having elapsed that was allotted for that hearing, it is
thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this cause be, and the same is hereby continued until
a subsequent hearing date be set by this Court.
2. That pending final determination of this Petition, the former
husband, CLIFTON R. McDONALD, JR., is hereby given joint custody with
the former wife, ANN JOAN MIYAMOTO, of Christopher John McDonald, age
14, for all purposes relating to educational matters included, b~-mat.
psychological testing, and other programs of special educa-
tional areas which involve the said minor child. •
