S T I P U L A T I O N
Come now WAYNE P . DAMPIER, former HusbaYt~, and .'~{?CQU~iSYN
S. BALDWIN, formerly JACQUELYN S. DAMPIER, Wife, and their res-
pective counsel of record, and in consideration of the former
Wife's voluntary dismissal of her Motion for Enforcement filed
November 29, 1979 in this Court, and the entry of the Consent
Order below, do hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The former Wife, Jacquelyn S. Baldwin, does hereby
t
forego, waive, quit and forever forgive any and all arrearages _
in child support existing and accrued,on the date this Stipulation ~
is entered into, against the former Husband, Wayne P. Dampier,
providing however, the former Husband makes no further claim or
~ demand upon the former Wife for rights of visitation granted to
i
him pursuant to the Final Judgment and amendments thereto entered ;
herein, within one full year from the date this Stipulation is
entered into. In the event the former Husband makes such demands
the arrearage in child support as of the date this Stipulation is
entered into shall become due and payable by the former Husband to ;
the former Wife.
2. The former Wife, Jacquelyn S. Baldwin, agrees, warrants
