ever, in the event the former Husband elects to reinstitute }
child visitation rights granted unto him pursuant to said Final
Judgment and amendments thereto, responsibility for payment of ~
child support pursuant to said Judgment shall immediately begin
again at the rate stated in said Judgment; and no child support
shall have accrued between the time of the execution of this
Stipulation and said election provided-one full year has inter-
vened.- If the former Husband shall claim or make demand upon the
former Wife for rights of visitation granted unto him pursuant to t
the Final Judgment and amendments thereto entered~herein,prior to
the expiration of one full year from the date this Stipulation is ~
entered into, then child support at the rate stated in said Final
Judgment shall accrue from the date of the Stipulation to the date

of the demand and shall become due and payable by the former Husband
to the former Wife.
3. The former husband, Wayne P. Dampier, agrees and ~
warrants that upon the execution of this Stipulation he will make
no further claim or demand upon the former Wife for rights of

visitation granted unto him pursuant to the Final Judgment and
~ amendments thereto entered in this cause provided, however, should
~ he determine at any time in the future after the expiration of one -
full year from the execution of this Stipulation to reinstitute
claim for child visitation pursuant to said Final Judgment, pro-

vision for support shall begin immediately and accrue thereafter ~
at the rate set out in said Final Judgment and amendments thereto.
4. The former Husband, Wayne P. Dampier, agrees, in
addition, to not oppose in any form or manner any suit brought by
the former Wife on behalf of the minor children to change the Iegal
surname of the minor children from CONNIE SUE DAMPIER and WAYNE P.

DAMPIER, II, to CONNIE SUE BALDWIN and WAYNE P. BALDWIN, and the
