DARELL WILCHER, Husband
and -
SHARON WILCHER, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT }
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
-This cause came on for trial on March 11, 1980 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds _
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between DARELL WILCHER and SHARON
WILCHER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -

' 2. Custody: of TRACY WILCHER, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to SHARON WILCHER with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to DARELL WILCHER.
3. Commencing Friday,_March 14, 1980 the Husband, DARELL
WILCHER, shall pay to SHARON WILCHER the sum of Thirty-five Dollars t
($35.00) each week for the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to SHARON WILCHER, 1507 Emerald Terrace,
Fort Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum
