This mortgage and the promissory note secured hereby,
shall not be subject to assumption on behalf of a buyer
of the property mortgaged hereunder from the mortgagor
without the prior written consent of mortgagee. As a
i' condition to giving such consent mortgagee shall have the.
right to renegotiate. the interest rate payable on the obligation.
In the event of a sale of the mortgaged property without
the prior written consent of mortgagee to assume the subject
obligation, then this mortgage and the obligation secured
hereby saall be due and payable in full upon the sale of
