PARCEL A: ,
The Southwest 1/4 of Section 17; the West 1/2 of Section 20;
the East 1/2 of Section 19 and the East 1/2 of the West 1/2
of Section 19 and the East. 1/2 of the West 1/2 lying East of
the dike of the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District; the
Northwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29; the
East 1/2 of Section 30; the East 1/2 of Section 31, .less the
South 80 feet thereof and less right-of-way of the Florida
State Turnpike Authority as in O. R. Book 51, at page 254,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and all
of Section 32, less the South 100 feet thereof and less
right-of-way of the Florida State Turnpike Authority as in
O. R. Book 51, at page 254, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; all of said lands lying, being and
situate in Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida; and further less and excepting all of that
part of the Northeast. Z/4 of said Section 32, lying Easterly
of the Florida State Turnpike Authority right-of-way, less
and excepting the South 75 feet thereof.
PARCEL B:
The West 100 feet of the East 1/4 of Section 34, less
right-of-way to the Central and South Florida Flood Control
District and the Florida State Turnpike Authority; and the
West 100 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 27; all of said lands lying, being and situate in
Township 34 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
(It is expressly intended to include in the aforesaid convey-
ances the South 75 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32,
Lying Easterly. of the Florida State Tunpike Authority right-
of-way and the North 75 feet of the South~a ~t 1/4 of Section 32,
