HomeMy WebLinkAbout1538 • of $28,036.92, which figure includes amounts paid by the Plaintiff on behalf of the Defendants, late charges and interest accruing~to the date of this Judgment, together with the sum of $2,250.00, which is hereby awarded as attorneys' fees for the services of the Plaintiff's attorneys herein, together with all costs of this suit which to date amount to $99.00, and the Plaintiff is additionally entitled to recover interest at the statutory rate of 8% per-annum from the date .hereof to the date of sale. 6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in t the Complaint, the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said mortgaged property situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, the State of Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Lot 6, Block 1, PINECREST ESTATES LRVIT ONE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 34, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid withili three days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash, .free, clear j and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens, encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said i Defendants, CHARLES A. YAEGER and ARLENE Y. YAEGER, his _ wife, which sale shall be held by the Clerk of this Court i on r~riday, the Ilth day of April, 1980, at 12:00 A.M. at the East Front Door of the St. Lucie County .Courthouse, in Ft.
