9. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs
of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk
if the Plaintiff is not the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit
the Plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and
costs accruing subsequent to this Judgment or such part
of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
10. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at
said sale, the Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Sale,
and if no objections to said sale be filed within the
time required by law, .said Clerk shall issue his Certificate ;
of Title and Certificate of Disbursements, and he shall
disburse and apply the proceeds of the sale in the following

manner:

A. His fees, allowances, commission and
expenses;
B. Fees and costs of the Officers of this Court

and the Plaintiff of this suit; ~
C. The attorneys' fees of the Plaintiff herein
for their services in regard to the foreclosure of said mortgage,
which sum was specified previously herein in paragraph 5.
D. The sum specified previously in paragraph S

which was found to be owing to the Plaintiff-on account of
~ the principal, interest and other charges upon the Note and
Mort a e payable by the said Defendants under the Mortgage

herein sued upon, plus interest at the-rate of 8°fo per annum
from the date of this Judgment to the date of sale, all
of which-shall be payable to the Plaintiff herein.

E. The remaining sum, if any there be, to be ,
- deposited with the Registry of this Court by the said Clerk
and there to remain until disbursement in accordance with

further Order of this Court.
11. Upon the issuance and filing of the Certificate ~
of Title herein referred to all the Defendants herein and
~ all claimants by, through, under or against them shall stand
and be forever barred and foreclosed of any right and all
