FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This action was heard upon the verified petition for adoption
and consent of GEORGE DAVID THOMAS, father of the child, and
GEORGIA BELL CRAWFORD, mother of the child .and spouse of petitioner,
and it appearing on the evidence presented that petitioner is a fit
and proper person to adopt the child, that the best interests of
the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is
suitable for adoption by petitioner, it is

ADJUDGED that:
1. The child known as CARMEN RACQUEL THOMAS, born on the
19th day of August, 1974, at Princenton, West Virginia, is the
legal child of petitioner entitled to all rights and privileges,
and subject to all obligations of a child born to petitioner in `
lawful wedlock.
2. The child is given the name of CARMEN RACQUEL CRAWFORD,

by which name she sha be known hereafter.
