herein before filed, and the Court finds that it has jurisdiction, and it appearing
to the Court that the Petitioner(s) are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor
child(ren) sought to be adopted, and that the best interests of the child(ren) will
be prompted by the adoption, and that the children are suitable for adoption by the
