FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause, having come on to be heard upon the verified
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and this Court finding
that the natural father of the minor child. to be adopted has

consented to her adoption, and that it appears to the Court that
the petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor
child sought to be adopted, and that the best interes-t of the
child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the child is

suitable for adoption by petitioner, ALLAN C. LETHERLAND, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1: That the minor child known as CHRISTY SUZANNE
PALMER is declared to be the legal child of the petitioner, -
~ ALLAN C. LETHERLAND, and is given the name of CHRISTY SUZANNE
E
LETHERLAND, by which name she shall hereafter be known.
2. The child, CHRISTY SUZANNE LETHERLAND, shall be

the child and legal heir of petitioner, ALLAN C. 1.ETHERLAND,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations of a child born to petitioner, ALLAN C. LETHERLAND.
