Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, and such ' default continues 30 days, then at the option of the holder, and . without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due. and payable at once. Privilege is. given to prepay this note in whole or in part at any time without penalty. Neither forebearance, r nor acceptance by the holder thereof after any default in payments hereon, shall be deemed exension. A late payment charge of $60.80 , shall be added to each installment remaining unpaid 10 days after its due date, and a like sum shall be added to each such installment remain- . ing unpaid 10 days after each succeeding payment date.
