LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MYRTLE H. KENDRICK, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing. memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto-

FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manner
suitable to my circumstances in life.

SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.
THIRD
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death which is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.

I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
unto Orange Avenue Church of Christ, Fort Pierce, Florida 33430.
FIFTH
I give and bequeath the soon of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
unto MILDRED WEAVER.
SIXTH
I direct my Co-Executors hereinafter named to divide all the
