TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER `
This cause came on to be heard, without notice, upon
the sworn petition of the Wife, for a Temporary Restraining
Order, restraining and enjoining the Husband from interfering
with, molesting, harassing, or using physical violence on the
Wife, and the court being fully advised in the premises, it _

is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. That the Husband, JEFFORY D. MARKEE, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting
harassing and intimidating the Wife and using physical violence
on her.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as
may be necessary to insure the Husband's compliance with this
order without further order of this court.
