Motion for Rehearing of Defendant, SELECTED RISKS INSURANCE
COMPANY, the Court having benefit of argument of counsel, finds
that any proceedings regarding the alleged bad faith of De-
fendant, SELECTED RISKS INSURANCE COMPANY, should be governed
by the Standard Jury Instruction on this and accordingly, it
