THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the 28th
day of FE6RUARY A.D. 19 80 by
SOUTHERN MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES,•INC.
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas
hereinafter called the grantor, to SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF WASHINGTON, D. C., hereinafter called the
grantee:

W I T N E S S F T H That the grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of TF.N ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good
and valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: t
Lot 5, Block C, PLEASANT VIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 53, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto beloncring or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE-AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has
good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
it hereby specially warrants the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming
by through or under grantor.
