and valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I ~O

do hereby grant, bargain and sell to

their heirs and assigns forever, the following described property, situated in

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This conveyance is given subject to taxes for the current year, to applicable - •
