THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before this
Court on the Joint Motion for Change of Venue as filed by
ST~'1RLING TRANSPORT LINES, INC.,.f/u/b/o AMERICAN SOUTHERN
INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiffs, and FIRESTONE TIRE & RUBBER
CO?iPANY, Defendant, and the Court having found that:
1. Both parties of this cause of action have
stipulated and agreed upon a change of venue for the convenience
of the parties and witnesses and in the best interest of
justice in this cause, pursuant to §47.122, Fla. Stat.
I
2. Both parties have agreed to divide the costs for
the change of venue pursuant to §47.191, Fla. Stat.
It is therefore
CO2JSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that venue in this
~ cause is changed and all appropriate documents shall be
transferred from the Clerk of this Court to the Clerk, Ninth
Judicial Circuit, Orange County, Florida.
