THIS CAUSE was heard on March 10, 1980, upon the Husband's
Oral Petition for Modification and the Court having heard testimony
and argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is r

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the~Wage Assignment executed
by ELLIOTT NEDD on February 12, 1980, shall be modified as follows:
$35.00 per week current support and $15.00 per week on arrears in
the amount of $1865.00, to be paid biweekly. It is further

ORDERED AIID ADJUDGED that the Wage Assignment executed
by ELLIOTT NEDD on February 12, 1980, shall remair. in full force-
and effect until ELLIOTT NEDD executes an amended Wage Assignment s
as set forth above and it is forwarded by the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services to Mr. Nedd's employer with the Department's
release of the Wage Assignment executed on February 12, 1980.
