THIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 upon the Motion for
Enforceaent and Contewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner. and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person. and the Petitioner
havinf been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and being fully advised
in Lhe presisea, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that the Respondent, LEROY DOBSON, III ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
paywents in the amount of $ 1391.00 , amount due as of January-31 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent.
LEROY DOBSON, III shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until NAY 9, 1980 , conditioned upon the above-Hared Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 ,
the sum of $ 1391.00 , plus $2.00 statutory fee. .Upon the fail~rre of the
above-named Respondent to wake paywent.in.full of the aforesaid amount on or before
9. 1980 , you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF 1HE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
f to take into custody the above-Hawed Respondent as soon as he can be found and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is

until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Realth and
Rehabilitative Seriices, Chi-1d.Support Enforcement Section, 1317 ilinerood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage paywent shall be in
addition to the regular support pay~eent hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said paywent shall continue. Said regular support paywent shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1311 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 3230!.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
