THIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Cgntewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
havit~s been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and beans fully advised
in the prewisea, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that the Respondent, GLORIA JEAN BODY a/k/a GLORIA JEAN Mc~LOWN
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the amount of $ 280.00 amount due ae of _ January 31 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for hie contempt, the Respondent,
t:LORIA JEAN BODY a/k/a GLORIA JEAN McGLOWN shell be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contmpt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 conditioned upon the above-pawed Respondent.
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 ,
the sum of $ 280.00 plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payment. in full of the aforesaid amount on or before
ltAY 9. 1980 , you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
! ~ _ ALL AND SINGULAR OF T~iE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-pained Respondent as soon as he can be found and
~ deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described ~udgeent and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and thin Court
E shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of Circuit Court shell and he is
hereby ordered to forward acid arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
~ Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment atoll be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit ourt to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
~ Child Support Enforceti~Siection, 1317 Winevood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
