THIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the Motion for
Enforce+aent and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
havitc~ been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the premises. it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, CURTIS LEVERN BOATWRIGHT
is guilty of willful contempt of~this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the asiount of S 1034.25 , anwunt due as of January 31 19 80
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AIm ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
CURTIS LEVERN BOATWRIGfi T ehnll be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before NAY 9, 1980 ,
the sun of $ 1034.25 plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of .the
above-named Respondent to make payment_in_full of the aforesaid aarount on or before
MAY 9, 1980 , you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
i ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
'G to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the _
above described judgaent and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified of hi• arrest. It is further
ORDEitF~ AND ADJUDCID that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in .full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child .Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Hinewood Boulevard.
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by thi• Court and
said payneent shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative "ervices,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood .Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
day of March , t9 80
