THIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the Motion for
Enforcesent and Conteapt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having bten present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court :.awing heard all of the testie,ony of the parties and being fully advised
in the prewises, it is therefore "
ADJUDGID that the Respondent, JOHNNIE PEEPLES ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the amount of S 330.00 amount due as of January 31 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDER® AND ADJUDGID that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
JOHNNIE PEEPLES y, shall be confined in the St.-Lucie County "
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 , conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 ,
the sum of $ 330.00 plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to Hake payment_in_full of the aforesaid amount on or before
HAY 9. 1980 . you and your duly authorised deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF 1tiE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-Hawed Respondent as soon as he can be found and
deliver hiv to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgeent and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be prowptly notified of his arrest. It i• further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Services, Child.Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Hinewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the above arrearage payment s1,a11 be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Healtl, and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERID at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
