CASE N0. 78-1133-FR DEPA1tTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, etc., Petitioner, -vs- ORDER OF CONTEMPT JUHN ALLEN COE Respondent. THIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the Notion for Enforceatnt and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the . Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised. in the previses~ it is therefore ADJUDCID that the Respondent, JOHN ALLEN COE , is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payments in the amount of $ 443.50 amount due as of _ Januar~r 31 19 80 , and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for hie contempt, the Respondent, JOHN ALLEN COE shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce; Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 conditioned upon the above-named Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 , the sum of $ 443.50 , plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the - above-named Respondent to make payment. in .full of the aforesaid amount on or before ~Y 9. 1980 , you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered j to take into custody the above-na~?ed Respondent as soon a• he can be found and j deliver him~to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the l above described ,judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child .Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment at?all be in addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and - said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
