THIS CAUSB vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the !lotion for
Enforcement and Contewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
havint been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and being fully advised
in the prewises, it is therefore
ADJUDGID• that the Respondent, w. c. RUSH JR
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the amount of $ 230.00 , amount due as of January 31 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
w. c. BUSH, JR. shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 , conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 ,
the sum of $ 230.00 , plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payment, in•full of the aforesaid amount on or before
1tAY 9. 1980 , you and your duly authorised deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF 1718 SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgaent and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be prowptly notified of his arrest. It i• further
ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
~ until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Services, Child_Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Ninevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment sl?all be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payeient shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERID at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
