THIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Contespt previously filed herein by the Petitioner. and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by•counsel, and the
Court having heard a21 of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the presises, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that the Respondent, NATHAN AUGUSTUS SPARROW ,
1s guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the awwunt of $ 320.00 , amount due as of January 31 , 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
NATHAN AUGUSTUS SPARROW shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 , conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980
the sum of S 320.00 , plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payment. in_full of the aforesaid amount on or before
MAY 9. 1930 . you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-Healed Respondent as soon as he can be found and
deliver. him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgement and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
~ shall be pro.ptly notified of his arrest. It is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he !a
~ hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
~ until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Hinewood Boulevard,
~ Tallal?issee, Florida, 32304. It is further
~ ORDERED Ats'D ADJL'DCED that the above arrearage peyaent atiall be in
~ addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to.: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FI., 32304.
