THIS CAUSB was heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the Motion for
Enforceaent and Contespt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person. and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testis~ony of the parties and being fully advised
in the presises, it is therefore
ADJUDCID that the Respondent, OSCAR NIBLACK ,
~is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the assount of $ 265.00 amount due as of January 31 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
OSCAR NIBLACK shnll be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contmpt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 , conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 ,
the sum of $ 265.00 plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payaient_in_full of the aforesaid amount on or before
~tAY 9. 1980 , you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF 111E SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OP FLORIDA are ordered
~ to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and
j deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court
shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
a hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full [o the Department of Realth and
Rehabilitative Services, Child .Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Ninewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support paysent shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1311 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
day of March 19 80
