TdIS CAUSE vas heard on MARCH 10, 1980 , upon the Notion for
Enforcewent and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person. and the Petitioner
havit~ been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and being fully advised
in the prewisea, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that the Respondent, KE~'NETN COOPER ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
paywenta in the amount of S 195.00 amount due as of January 31 19 80 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt, the Respondent,
KENNETH COOPER ahnll be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt
is suspended until MAY 9, 1980 conditioned upon the above-named Respondent
_ paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before MAY 9, 1980 ,
the suw of S X5.00 plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the
above-named Respondent to make payment, in .full of the aforesaid amount on or before
!~(AY 9. 1980 , you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
. ALL AND SINGULAR OF 1tiE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered
to take into custody the above-Hawed Respondent as soon as he can .be found and
deliver hiw to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
above described judgwent and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and thin Court
I shall be prowptly notified of his arrest. It is further

ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward acid arrearage payments received from the Respondent
4 until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment sf?all be in
addition to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and
said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Bai~levard, Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County. Florida, on this
