Oceans Oceanfront Condominium II:

A. SU&MISSION STATE,~IENT. Sy this Declaration of
Condominium, Deve open here y submits to condominium ownership
' under and pursuant to the Condominium Act of the State of
Florida, Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, as the same may be
atom time to time amended (the "Condominium Act"), that
certain 2.775 acre tract of land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, which is described on Exaibit No. 1 attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference (said tract of land - -
being hereinafter referred to as the "Land") together with
all improvements situate thereon (the Land, together with
all improvements situate thereon, being hereinafter referred
to as the "Condominium Property"). The Condominium Property
contains 160,Units (as said term is hereinafter defined)
located in a seventeen (17) story high rise residential
structure.
B. NAME OF COVDOMIVZUM. The name by whica the condo-
minium create y this sec station of Condominium (hereinafter _
the "Condominium") is to be identified is "Oceans Oceanfront
Condominium II".
ARTICLE II
DEFINITIONS

When used in this Declaration of Condominium, the
following terms (u.-:less the context clearly requires otaer-
wise) shall have t:1e following respective me=n?ngs:
a. "Assess:aent" means a share of the f•.inds required
for the payment of Common Expenses whica, from time to time,
is assessed against a Uait Owner.
