ARTICLE XVIII
TERMINATION OF CONDOMINIUM
.The Condomini~ may be terminated at any time in the
manner provided in Section ?18.117 of the Condominium Act or
in accordance with the provisions of article XIII B hereof.

to the Kembership agreement, owns, maintains and operates
certain recreational facilities and utility facilities serving

the Oceans association has the right to assess tae Condominium
Association fora share of the costs and e:tpenses incurred

~ and will have a lisp- right against t'~e Cordomiai~.L~ P_oper_.l
and each Condomini~ Parcel thereof eats to secure the
payment of the assess:..ents it imposes.
