("Units") shall be Kembers and no other persons or entities.
shall be entitled to membership in the Corcoc~inium Association.
2. Membership in• the Condomi::ia.~n ~,ssocatior. shall 5e
established automatically and without further action uaon
the acquisition of ownership of fee title to or fee interest
in a Unit, whet'~er by conveyance, devise, or judicial deczee,
whereupon the :nemberahip in the Condominiu.*n Association of
the prior ocvrter of such C~nit shall te=:ni Hate a•~tomaticallp
and without fuzthe= action.

the Condominium association and membership in the Concomi:~iu.•n

in any manner except as an appurtenance to a L'nit.
