- 2.3 "Board" means the Hoard of Directors of
the Condominium Association.

2.5 "Address Register" :jeans the register of
addresses to be maintained by the Sec=etary of the Condominium
Association pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium.
Section 3 . ~iembershio, ue:nbers' ~ieetinas , Votinc ar.3 Proxies .
3.1 The qualification of Me.'nbe.s, tae manner
of their admission of membership in the Condominium Association
and the manner of the termination of such membership shall
be as set forth in Article IV of the Articles.
3.2' The Members shall meet annually at the
office of the Condominium Association or at such other place
in St. Lucie County, Florida, as determined by the Board
and as-designated ~n the notice of such meeting at 10:00 o'clock-a.M.
Eastern Standazd Time on the third Saturday in the month of
February of each year (the "annual Members Meeting") cocr~mencing
with the year 1982 or in the first earlier yeaz aster Develoeer
has conveyed all of the Units of the Condominium to purchasers;
provided, however, that if that day is a legal holiday, then
the meeting shall be held at the say~e hour on the next suc-
ceeding Saturday. The purpose of the Annual Members Meeting
shall be to hear reports of the officers, elect members of
the Board (subject to the provisions of article VZII of the
Articles), and to transact any other business authorized to
be transacted by the Members. -
3.3 Special meetings of the M°._mbers shall be
held at any place within St. Lucie County, Florida, whenever
called by the President, or in his absence, the Vice President,
