WHEREAS, the Condominium Association, for and on behalf
of its me.'nbers, such members being the owners of condor~iniun
parcels of the Oceans Oceanfront Condominium II, which condominium
parcels are situate at the tract of land described on E~hi3it "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof, desires to acquire rights
to use t'~e facilities owned and operated by tre Oceaaa association -
and to become a me:aber of the Oceans Association.
WHEREAS, the Oceans Association desires to grant the
right of use of its facilities to the Condominiu.*n Association anc
