Association agrees to abide and be bound by the Certificate of
Incorporation and Br-Laws of the Oceans association and any
rules and reculations promulcated by said Oceara Associa*_ion~.
7. Farce Kajeure. The Oceans association shall rot be
held liable for any failure or ocrission in he perror:aance of any
stipulation o: provisior. of the Memberszip asreement i` s;:ch
performance is prevented by any act of God, Federal, State or
Municipal order, legislation or regulation, embargo, fires, floods,'
strikes, wars or shortage or failure of shipping facilities, or
other conditions or circumstances beyond the control of the
Oceans Association.
8. Non-Waiver. Failure of the Oceans Association to
insist upon the strict performance of any of the covenants,
conditions and agreements of this Membership Agree*~ert in any one
or more instances, shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquish-
meet in the future o~ any such covenants, conditions and agreements.
9. Covenants to Rur. with Lard. all covenants, conditions,
provisions and agreeme-its contained is this :~embership Agreement,
and by incorporation by reference, the provisions o: t:~e Certificate.-
