assessments assessed hereunder by the Oceans Association against
the Condominium Association shall constitute, and tie Oc~ana
association is hereby granted, a lien upon the Condominicm
Property (as such tee is defined in the Declaration of Condos,:riu:;
of Oceans Oceanfront Condominium II ) o` Ocea.^.a Ocean`ront Condor?.ini•_~t
II, and every Condominium Parcel thereof (as such term is Cet`ined
in the Declaration of Concominit:m of Oceans Ocean`ront Cozdoniniu-:.
II) for the amount of such unpaid assess:.ients. This lien shall be
enforceable by the Oceans Association in the manner set forth in
Article X of the Declaration of Condominiu,-n of Oceans Ocean-rout
Condominium II.
' 11. Time of the Essence. -Time shall be of the essence
under this Agreement.
12. Notices. All notices reCUired by law or by this
Membership Agreement given by one party to the ot:~er shall be in
writing and shall be served by personal zelivery or certified or
registered mail to the parties hereto at the following addresses
or at such other addresses as either party may from time to time
direct by notice to the other party:
