The Court finds that no action has been taken herein fora period of more

and thereupon,
IT IS ADJUOGEO THAT:
1. The guardian, personal representative, counsel of record, and
all interested parties shall have up to and including March i4, 19$0
in which to show good cause in writing why this proceeding should not be
terminated and the file closed for lack of action; said showing of good
cause to be in writing and filed in this proceeding on or before said
date with copies furnished parties and counsel listed below. '
2. If a showing of good cause is filed and served as provided in
paragraph 1, a hearing to determine whether or not this proceeding should
be closed shall be held at ~ov a.m/;?.m. on the day of ~'j1ct.~
19~, before this court in Room 309 St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort
Pierce, Florida.
3. If within the time specified in paragraph 1 no showing of good
cause is filed and no person has come forward to terminate properly and
lawfully this proceeding, the following action shall occur automatically
without further order of this court;
a. This proceeding shall be considered terminated; '
b. This case file shall be deemed closed; and
c. Any letters of administrat-ion, guardianship previously
issued herein shall stand revoked and be of no further
force and effect.
