personal representatives of the above estate, al-lege:
1. Part of the assets of the estate consists of: •
Lot 17, Block 2, WAGNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 74 public
• records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The petitioners consider it is expedient, necessary
and to the best interest of the estate to sell the above real
property to provide funds for debts of last illness, funeral ex-
penses, costs of administration and distribution to the heirs.
3. A signed contract for sale, conditioned upon Court
approval, has been received to purchase the above real gro~.~erty
for $25,500.00 cash. -
