ORDER OF SALE
This cause has been co nsidered by this court upon the
petition of JAMES F. DINGMAN and LIVINGSTON S. DINGMAN, personal
representatives of the above estate, and the court having determined
it is in the best interest of the estate that certain assets of the
estate be sold in order to provide funds for debts of last illness,
funeral expenses, costs of administration and distribution, that
the best interest of the estate will be served by a sale of the
property at a private sale and that the sale should be for the sum
of $25,500.00 cash, it is
ADJUDGED that petitioners, as personal representatives of
the above estate are authorized to sell the following property for
$25,500.00 cash:
II Lot 17, Block 2, WAGNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 74, public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida on March-~~ 1980.
