BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgements, personally appeared Earl J. Faust,
who, first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he and his wife, Helen D. Faust, were the owners
of the following described property, to wit:
Lots 17 and 18, Block 161, PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTYON FOUR, according to the Plat thereof, -
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 14 and 14-A
through 14-G, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That he and the said Helen D. Faust were married prior
to October 1, 1971, and said marriage continued without
interruption until January 2(51x972, the date of her death.
Further affiant saith not.
