ledges receipt of wad reading and examination of said Declaration, its [ixhihits,
and budget, sales brochure acrd floor plan, :utd acknowledges that each and every
provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property wad is in the best interests and for the benefit of all ,
the owners therein. Purchaser and all o?.•ner-s of parcels in the afaredescribed
Condominiums COVCitartt and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declara-
tion of Condominiums and Iix)tibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ;
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said 1eclaration of Condo-

Property Owners' Association cloctnnent~ referred to above and the pr-ovision~ thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said 1'urrcltaser ack~nowleclges and confirms
that the Declaration of Coverrurtts and Restrictions of the Property O~aners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a 1 ien upon the Condominiums parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants

Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto,
and the cosmos expert_Ses and the sums due under the Property Aaners' Association and
other charges are estirm-tted only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor
