hereby releasesAO~d(ilrXi<df~(x Obligors) from further obligations or liability
under the ~t~ol-tgage or note referred to above.
_ 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or arr:endment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortaage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s)..
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the sane ex-
tent and in the saire manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
rr;ortgaoe and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above•stated new interest rate payable on the'
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
