westerly along said right of way 608.35 feet for the point of
beginning;~thence turn and run east 411.8 feet, more or less, to
a point on the west boundary of-the right of way of State Road
. No. 605; thence run southeasterly a distance of 270.0 feet along
the west boundary of the right of way of State Road No. 605; thence
run west for a distance of 550.0 feet, more or less, to a point on
the east boundary of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence
run northeasterly along said right of way of U.S. No. 1 a distance

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and
convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will warrant and defend generally the title to the
Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declarations, easements or restrictions listed in a scheuule of
exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy insuring Lender's intRrest in the Property.
