THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 14th day of January, 4
1980, upon the Motion of the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
Administrator of the Estate of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased, to dismiss
the Counterclaim of-CARL CARLTON, SR., and the Court having examined
the Counterclaim and Motion To Dismiss, and the Court on its own
Motion raising the question of whether the above entitled Case No.
78-497 CA should continue consolidated with Case No. 70-75 CP, and
the Court having heard the argument of counsel and the Court finding
it has retained the assignment to IN RE: Estate Of PERRY.CARLTON,
Deceased, File No. 70-75 and has not retained assignment to Case No.
~ 78-497 CA, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: £
