Before,me the undersigned authority, personally
appeared DALE BROWN and BETTY LOU BROWN, his wife,
who first being duly sworn, depose and say;
1. Affiants are the owners of the following
described property:
Lot 1, in Block 441, of PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION THREE, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, at
Page 13A, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Affiants were married to each other
