PAULA A. CLARK, formerly known as PAULA A. POOLE
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, dici
depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 16, in Block 2, of ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES,
FIRST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 38, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. Your Affiant was married to JOHN F. POOLE
and together with such spouse acquired title to the above descrihed
property, as an estate by the entirety, said estate having been
created by deed dated July 17, 1968 and recorded in ORB172
Page 2531 in the Public Records of the County
wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant and said spouse were
married to each other prior to the date of execution and delivery
of said deed and remained married to each other continuously until
said spouse's death which occurred on the 12th day of April
