INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the mortgage
executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,. to
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and
recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 11th day of March
1980, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 126 ,
and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appurtenant there-
to in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restric-
tions, terms and other provisions- of that Declaration of Condominium of
SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as recorded in Official Records Book
324, page 1952, and as amended in Official Records Book 324, page 2019,
all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,'Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property
described in that mortgage.

corporation partially releasing the mortgage described in the foregoing instrument, and
~ that they severally acknowledged executing the same in the. presence of two subscribing
witnesses freely and voluntarily under authority duly vested in them by said corporation
and that the seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said corporation.
