MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAGE DEED, executed this l~ day of March A, D. 19 80
by and between KENT DEVELOPMENT, LTD„ a Flor

Limited Partnership
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation authorized to do business
in the State of Florida
hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which terms Mortgagor and Mort}agee as used
in every ins~ance shall include Mortgagor's and/or Mortgageels heirs, executors,
administrators, successors, legal representatives and assigns and shall denote the
singular and/or plural and the masculine and/or feminine and natural and/or -
artificial persona whenever and wherever the context so requires or admits;
WITNESSETH, that for divers good and valuable consideratioiss and also in
consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note'of even date here-
with. hereinafter described, the said Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee, all that certain tract
of land, of which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual
possession, situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 5 in Block 2, Port St. Lucie Industrial Park, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Piat Book 16 at Pages 27,
27-A through 27-F of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE.

Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and
the rents, issues, and profits of the above described property (provided, howe~-er,
that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to collect and retain the said rents, issues, and
profits until default hereunder); and all furniture, furnishings and fixtures now or
hereafter attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and
in addition thereto all household appliances which are,. and shall be deemed to be,
fixtures and a part of the realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness
herein mentioned.
