All consents and written approvals required by this Agreement to be
obtained from Mortgagee shall be obtained from Hyman Bloom or Melvyn Hodes
at the addresses set forth above.
20. This mortgage shill be construed under and in accordance with the laws
of the State of Florida.
21. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this mortgage or in
the Promissory Note shall for any reason be held, to be invalid, illegal, or unen-
forceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall
not affect any other provision hereof, and this mortgage shall be construed as if
such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein
or in the Promissory Note.
