WARRANTY DEED
EDWARD M. BALDWIN, JR. of 112 Lighthouse Drive, Jupiter, ~o
Florida, 33458, the Grantor, in consideration_of the, sum of E10.00 ~
and other good and valuable consideration, received from VERA CATNERWOOD
of 438 Mountain Brow Blvd., Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, L8T 1A1, the
Grantee, hereby on' this ~ S~ day of 1980, conveys to
the Grantee the interests and estates in real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Unit Weeks numbered 5 and 6 in Condominium D-29, consisting
of Apartment numbered D-29, and its undivided share of the
common elements of Turtle Reef Condominium I, as such is
described in the Master Form Deed, as recorded in Official
Records Book 263, Page 2002.
SUBJECT TO all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions,
and reservations as set forth in the said Master Form Deed and all things
therein referred to, and covenants that the property is free of all
encumbances, and lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property
is vested in the Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
